This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we collect and how we use it.  By visiting, accessing, or using ShoreMaster, LLC and its affiliates’ websites (“Sites”), you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Policy.  As the Internet is always evolving, we reserve the right to update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated Policy on the Sites.  Your use of any of Sites following an update of the Policy shall be deemed your acceptance of such changes. You agree to review this Policy regularly so that you understand our current Policy.  This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of Use.

Submissions by You

Message boards, chat rooms, and other interactive forums may be available as part of the Sites.  You should be aware that any Information that you post to these interactive forums or otherwise choose to make publicly available, may be disclosed and available to all users who have access to that portion of the Sites, and is therefore, no longer private.  By using these interactive forums, you agree that we are not responsible for any Information that you disclose or communicate in such forums, and any disclosures you make are at your own risk.  Additionally, you are fully responsible for all Information posted in these interactive forums.

Children’s Policy

Sites are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age.  We do not knowingly collect Information from children under 13 years of age.  If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Information, we take steps to remove such Information and terminate the child’s account.

Linked Sites

We may link to other web sites. We provide these links as a convenience, but we neither control nor endorse these linked sites.  Since we do not control these sites we are not responsible or liable for the privacy practices or content of such sites. This Policy only applies to Information collected by us.

Use of Cookies and Other Methods

We are controlled, operated, and administered from offices in the United States.  We make no representation that Sites or its material or content are appropriate or available for use outside the United States.  By using this Site, regardless of where you live in the world, you consent to have your Information, including without limitation, your personal data, transferred to and processed in the United States, and allow us to use and collect your Information in accordance with this Policy.
