FERGUS FALLS, MINNESOTA – Chris Winter, Director of Operations at ShoreMaster announced plans to expand ShoreMaster’s workforce with the creation of a second shift production team at it’s Fergus Falls manufacturing facility. ShoreMaster plans to have the second shift up and running by the middle of March with training for those new hires beginning as early as February 5th.
We have seen tremendous growth over the last few years through our best in class support of our dealers and customers. “We’ve been adding new robotic welding equipment, CNC machines, and saws to our operations as we’ve grown over the last couple of years, while also training our employees on safety and our version of continuous improvement. We think the timing is perfect to add a second shift this season” said Mr. Winter.
