TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Term: ShoreMaster’s 2023 Winter (“Promotion”) starts on Tuesday, January 1, 2023, and runs through the close of business on Sunday, April 2, 2023 (“Promotion Term”). This program is being run through participating ShoreMaster dealers. The terms and conditions set out herein will govern the Promotion. All retail purchases must be made during the Promotion Term to qualify.  

Qualifying Products: Products eligible for promotional pricing are; Off-Deck Lakeview Bench (Tan and Gray), Lakeview On-Deck Bench (Tan and Gray), 3, 4, and 5 Step Pivot Dock Ladder, 4 and 6 Step Dock Steps with Handrail, 6' x 8' Aluminum Ramp Frame, 4' x 8' Aluminum Ramp Frame, 4' x 4' Aluminum Ramp Frame, select lift motors with accessories ShoreMaster 13oz Vinyl Covers, HarborTime Covers, and WeatherMax Covers. The full product is included in the table below. All promotional products must come from new orders and cannot be removed from the current inventory. 

Warranty: Standard ShoreMaster warranties apply to sales under this Promotion.  

Modifications: ShoreMaster participating dealers may suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time during the Promotion Term. 

Offer: The offer is valid only during the Promotion Term and while supplies last at each participating ShoreMaster dealer.  The offer is not valid for purchases before the Promotion Term. 

Promotion Term. Subject to the foregoing, customers are eligible to receive 50% off of select dock accessories with a dock system purchase of $5,000 (USD) and eligible to receive 50% off of a canopy cover or boat lift motor and accessories with each boat lift system purchase of $8,000(USD).  Minimum purchase levels are before taxes and exclude shipping and installation fees. The specific model the customer is eligible to receive shall be at the sole discretion of the participating dealer. All federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the customer’s sole responsibility.  Shipping and/or installation fees may be charged by participating dealers. 

Additional Terms: ShoreMaster and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion material. The Promotion is governed by and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, and the forum and exclusive venue for any dispute shall be in the State of Minnesota. ShoreMaster will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential, liquidated, or incidental, whether or not foreseeable, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, and third-party claims, even if advised of the possibility thereof. In no event will ShoreMaster's liability arising from or related to the Promotion exceed $100.
