ShoreMaster, Inc., Fergus Falls, Minnesota, announced today that it has acquired Southeast Floating Docks, Inc., of St. Augustine, Florida. ShoreMaster is an operating company of Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR). The transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed, involved an exchange of cash for assets.

Southeast Floating Docks, formed in 1986, is a leading manufacturer of concrete floating dock systems for marinas. The company has designed custom floating systems and conducted installations on all three U.S. coasts, in the Caribbean and around the world. Southeast Floating Docks had revenues of $4.5 million in 2004 and employs 23 at its St. Augustine plant.

ShoreMaster has manufactured world-class waterfront equipment since 1972. In addition to its Fergus Falls operations, the company has plant locations in Camdenton, Missouri and Adelanto, California. With a network of dealers throughout the United States and Canada, ShoreMaster is a leading builder of residential boatlifts, docks and other waterfront equipment. ShoreMaster also custom builds floating dock systems for marinas throughout the world.
